Shipping Rates:
Adamson’s shipping charges listed are for all orders within the continental United States (lower 48, not including Alaska or Hawaii). We send all orders UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, DHL, or the USPS (United States Postal Service).

*If you live outside the continental United States, we will ship the products via UPS, Airmail, FedEx or as you specify. Additional Freight charges will apply based on weight and destination.

Shipping is calculated by the following table

Please note we DO NOT ship to PO Boxes

Orders sent outside the continental US to Alaska or Hawaii add $19.99 to the above amounts.
Note: Some items that are oversized and/or overweight do not fall under the "standard" shipping charges. All items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS at our discretion. Items that are backordered or require customization will require extra time before shipment. Oversized or overweight items may or not be marked and you will be notified before the order is processed.

Next Day Shipping
Next day shipping is available for some orders.  Add an additional $25 to the above amount for standard next day shipping.  Or add an additional $35 for priority overnight (delivered by 10:30am).  Next day delivery options are not available for all areas. 

International Orders
Adamson Police Products cannot ship orders internationally.  Please call our offices for further information.  We apologize for the inconvenience. 

RESTRICTIONS ON THE SALE OF SPECIFIC PRODUCTS
The United States Goverment restricts the sale of certain products to international destinations and to foreign persons in which an export license must be obtained prior to order processing.  All orders are subject to review by Adamson Police Products and will be processed in compliance with all united States International Trade Regulations.  All transactions are subject to screening against all published Denied Parties Listings made available by the United States Goverment.  Adamson Police Products sells only to U.S. Citizens, U.S. companies and bonified law enforcement personnel.

ID Check – Restricted Items
Adamson Police Products sells items that have been deemed restricted by the manufacturer, the government or us.  These items require an ID check before we can process your order.  You will be contacted if your order contains these items.

It is the customer’s duty to be aware of local and state restrictions.  Please be aware of the restrictions on some items that are prohibited for use or to own in your area.  Adamson Police Products is not responsible for the misuse or possession of restricted products.

Purchasing Firearms
Adamson Police Products sells firearms and ammunition to law enforcement personnel only. Please review the policies below before purchasing.

Purchasing a Firearm for Department Use:
If you are a department wishing to order a firearm the following must be provided:

• An original purchase order.
• A letter on department letterhead stating:
  • The weapon(s) will be owned by the department and will be paid for with department funds
  • Permission for Adamson Police Products to ship the firearm directly to the department.
  • Signed by the chief of the department or unit.
  • Some orders may need a BATF Exemption Certificate

Purchasing a Firearm for Personal Use:
All firearm purchases for personal use must be picked up in an Adamson Police Products retail store OR shipped to a valid FFL license holder in your area or state. The buyer must be presently employed by a law enforcement agency and must be able to present proof of employment either in person or via fax or email.

If the firearm is being shipped, it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide Adamson Police Products with a valid copy of the FFL before the firearm can be shipped. The FFL can be faxed or emailed to our offices.   Please ensure that the customer name and order number are included with the FFL.

Know the Laws
Please check your local and state laws before purchasing a firearm. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and understand the laws in your area regarding firearms and their purchase.

Purchasing Ammunition & Simunition
Purchasing Ammunition for Personal Use:
Law enforcement officers may purchase ammunition from Adamson Police Products for personal use; however the buyer must present proof of employment by a law enforcement agency before shipment. All ammunition shipments will be sent to the buyer’s department marked to their attention.

Territories:
Adamson Police Products maintains distribution agreements with both Winchester and Simuntion. In order to maintain these agreements and negotitate the lowest prices for our customers Adamson may only sell to the following territories:

California - Montery, San Benito, Merced, Mariposa, Toulumne, Alpine counties and all other counties North.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item, in its original packaging, with your receipt and a Return Authorization Number.  Items must be in new and resalable condition.  A full refund will be given within the first 30 days from purchase.  After 30 days a restocking fee of 20% will be charged.  After 90 days, items may not be returned.   Guns, special orders, close-outs and items that are engraved or altered in any way cannot be returned.

All products that are being returned must have a Return Authorization Number.  Please call 1-800-777-5211 to obtain an RA number.

Product Warranty / Guarantee
If you believe your product is defective, please contact the manufacturer directly – as most manufacturers provide a factory direct warranty with their products.  Adamson Police Products is not permitted to diagnose a problem or determine if a product is under warranty.
