Manufactured for rugged use from 6061 T6 solid aluminum alloy, the GG&G SLiC Thing is Type III hard-coat anodized matte black per mil-spec. Held in place by counter pressure steel socket head cap screws, this tactical light combo mount is lightweight, sturdy versatile and inexpensive. With the addition of the GG&G one inch mounting ring as shown in the above photograph, the SLiC Thing will accommodate most of the excellent one inch diameter tactical weapon light models available today.
