This new 5.11 Tactical® eyewear style is designed, manufactured, and tested by Wiley X® and achieve industry-leading standards through their precision manufacturing and state-of-the-art quality control.

The durability of the Wiley X® frame material is legendary. Some customers have reported their eyewear remaining intact and functional even after being run over!

Lenses far exceed ANSI Z87.1 safety and ANSI Z80.3 optical standards. Smoke lenses provide maximum glare reduction, won't distort colors, and are excellent in bright/glare conditions.

• T-ShellTMcoating provides scratch resistance and resist cracking and crazing.

• SeleniteTM poly carbonate is die-cut to produce lenses without distortion from any angle and is ten times more impact resistance than glass or resin lenses.

• Frames are built with GrilamidTM TR-90, a homo polyamide nylon characterized by an extremely high alternative bending strength, low density, and high resistance to chemical and UV damage. They are virtually indestructible.
